Green Goddess Dressing-Part 2 in an Occasional Series on Recipes from Mom’s Files
Green Goddess Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 8 anchovies, rinsed and minced
- 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 1/3 cup chives, chopped
- 3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons tarragon leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 scallion, white and green part, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- A healthy pinch of freshly ground white pepper
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and pulse until mixed. That’s it!
